Bastion is a multi-tenant SaaS platform where each app shares about 80% of its plumbing — authentication, tenant isolation, theming, billing, a public API, and a metadata engine — and adds only its own workflows. Build the platform once, and every new app gets cheaper. The CRM is live today; the rest of the suite is built on the same foundation.

The suite

CRM
Contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines with Kanban stages, leads, activities, and a self-serve report builder. Fully built and in use.
HRIS
Employees, org chart, time-off, timesheets, and documents. Data model is designed; the app is on the roadmap.
ERP
Inventory, purchase and sales orders, invoicing, and double-entry accounting. Modeled and next in line to build.
POS
Registers, shifts, product catalog, and multi-tender transactions — designed to run on the MAUI desktop app, online or off.
Documents
Markdown documents with review workflows and AI assistance. Planned.

True multi-tenant isolation
Every record is stamped and filtered by workspace, enforced on every read and write. One customer can never see another's data.
Per-workspace branding
Each customer sets their own name, colors, and logo — the theme updates live. Same app, their brand.
Metadata customization engine
Add custom fields — text, number, date, choice, currency, and more — that render automatically. Configuration, not a new build.
Typed REST API
A versioned, API-key-authenticated REST API with OpenAPI/Swagger, partial updates, and pagination — ready for client SDKs and integrations.
Outbound webhooks
Subscribe to dozens of event types with HMAC-signed payloads and delivery logging — push changes to the systems you already run.
Web + native desktop
One .NET 9 codebase serves a Blazor web app and a native .NET MAUI desktop app that runs as a self-contained local workspace.
